2024 Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates
Below are our cut-off times. If you place your order before these dates, we guarantee it will be delivered before Christmas.
Most Generic Items Deliveries:
North Island: Final order date – Tuesday, 17 December (Current shipping time: 1–2 days)
South Island: Final order date – Tuesday, 17 December (Current shipping time: 2–3 days)
Oversized Items Deliveries: (Please note: this is excluded from the Santa schedule Guarantee.)
North Island: Final order date – Sunday, 15 December.
South Island: Final order date – Thursday, 11 December.

Terms & Conditions*
- Products eligible for the Santa’s Schedule Guarantee will display the Santa’s Schedule Guarantee seal on their product page.
- Our guarantee excludes all oversized items. You can identify which items are oversized on the product page by a special 'Oversized Item' note. Additionally, any oversized item product page will not display our Santa Schedule Guarantee.
- Our guarantee does not cover Pre-Order items. You can easily identify pre-order items on their product pages by checking the stock status.
Orders placed before our cutoff date are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
Additionally, at the time you place your order, you will see a special red calendar icon on the product page.
- Qualifying orders will display the Santa’s Schedule Guarantee seal on the order confirmation email and in the My Orders section.
- If the guaranteed delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, you are eligible to make a claim.
- To claim, contact Space General Customer Support via the link in your qualifying order or directly through our website.
- You will be asked a few simple questions about your delivery experience, and once verified, the compensation will be issued.
Compensation is considered on a per order basis, not a per product or per shipment basis. If multiple products in one order are delayed, you will still be eligible for a single compensation.
Successful claims will receive the following:
- A full refund of the delivery fee for the delayed shipment.
- A ‘Free Delivery’ promotion code valid for 90 days for your next purchase.
- $10 account credit on your Space General account, valid toward your next order.
