All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse with tracked courier delivery.

To keep prices down, we are an online only so we do not have a retail shop.

We have ensured that full details of each product are included on our website, so that you can make an informed decision when purchasing.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so that in the unlikely event that the product you order is not what you want, you are welcome to return it, no questions asked.

With all stock shipped from our South Auckland warehouse, we manage to dispatch 98% of orders on the same or next working day.

We use NZ Post for most of our standard-sized items.

For oversized items, we partner with companies like Mainfreight, Flyway, and other nationwide shipping providers.

Shipping

The shipping fee depends on the items you are purchasing. You can find out the shipping fee on the checkout page by entering your address.

We store all our products in our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse, ensuring fast nationwide delivery.

Dispatch Times:

  • In-stock items: Usually shipped the same day or next working day.
  • Preorder items: Estimated dispatch date is shown under the price on the product page.

Delivery times after dispatch:

  • Auckland: Overnight
  • Rest of North Island: 1–2 working days
  • South Island: 2–3 working days

Rural deliveries: Allow an additional 1–2 working days

Oversized items: Please allow an additional 2-4 working days.

No, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Ordering & Products

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us contact@spacegeneral.co.nz and provide a photo of the damage. We will arrange for the product to be collected, and the damaged product will be replaced.

We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna, Afterpay, Paypal or by direct bank account transfer using Poli payment.

You can view all the payment options after selecting your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Space General is proud to present both Klarna and Afterpay. 

Klarna: With Klarna you can split the cost of your purchase into 4 payments, paid every 2 weeks on all Space General items.

Afterpay

With Afterpay, you can pay for your order over time but receive it straight away.

The payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments every 14 days, but you will receive your order immediately!

Yes! We offer one year warranty on all of our products*. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults or defects. It does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions.


The warranty is valid for one year from the date of the order received and is available to the original purchaser of the product only.

Gifting

You can order Space General gift cards in amounts of $25, $50, $100, and up to $400. Gift cards can be emailed directly to the recipient or printed for a physical gift.

They expire 3 years from the date of issue. Access the link here

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange the return via NZ Post. If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, a return fee may apply to cover courier costs.
