Change of mind Returns
If you change your mind about a product purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund or exchange. Our team will help you return the item with ease and no hassle.
The only conditions applying to Change of mind returns are as follows:
- You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order arrived.
- The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
- Please ensure the item remains unopened or in brand-new resellable condition.
Please note: Space General reserves the right to reject returns or apply a 20% restocking fee if items don’t meet these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin your return or exchange, email contact@spacegeneral.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and its condition
- The reason for the return
